What limits how fast we grow is not the number of clients who want us. It is the number of callers good enough to represent them. So we keep recruiting open all year, whether or not a seat is free this week.

If you can hold a real conversation with a stranger about their house, take a no without flinching, and come back the next day and do it again, the rest is something we can teach you.

What we look for

• Clear, confident spoken English and a natural way on the phone.
• Resilience. This work is full of rejection, and the people who last treat that as part of the math rather than as a verdict on them.
• Coachability. Every call is reviewed by our QA team, and we want people who take that feedback and run with it.
• Reliability on a US-hours schedule, with a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
• Cold calling or outbound experience is a strong plus. We hire experienced callers and then train them to each client we place them on.
